TSCHL announces plans for 2020-2021 season.

After careful consideration, and input from all member clubs, the Tri-State Collegiate Hockey League (TSCHL) has elected to modify the 2020-2021 season.

Member clubs were in agreement that modifications to league scheduling requirements were necessary, given the level of uncertainty of restrictions clubs may face or if clubs may be able to even compete at all. As such, there will be no league game requirement for any clubs in the 2021 Spring semester.

The TSCHL believes that this proactive approach provides member clubs, permitted to compete, the flexibility necessary to allow the scheduling of as many games as possible. The TSCHL has left open the possibility of a postseason tournament should at least four member clubs field teams. A final decision  with specific details on if, and how, a postseason tournament would function will be made in January.

The TSCHL encourages any ACHA Men's Division II clubs seeking opponents to contact League Commissioner Tim Driscoll at TSCHLCommish@gmail.com; Tim will assist in facilitating  an introduction of interested clubs in order to explore the scheduling of games.

The TSCHL hopes everyone remains healthy and looks forward to a return to the ice for the 2021-2022 season!
